Texturized Roving
Texturized roving is treated with silane sizing agent, which is mainly used in texturizing process. The roving is compatible with PF, EP, and UP resins with excellent texturizing uniformity and high absorbability. Finished products are widely used in filtration, automotive muffler,seal and heat preservation.
Introducing the roving to the bulking machine(air jet), which breaks the surface of fibers at random under the effect of compressed air, and gives the roving bulkier appearance. Then, the texturized roving is wound into bobbins.
