Roving for Thermoplastics
Our Roving for thermoplastic is coated with silane-based agents, which is good option for reinforcing resin systems such as PA, PBT, PET, PP, ABS, AS and PC. The roving has excellent processability to the composite products.
The reinforcements (glass fiber roving or chopped strands) and thermoplastic resins are mixed in an extruder. After cooling, the materials are chopped into reinforced thermoplastic pellets. The pellets are fed into an injection molding machine to form finished parts.
