Quality Control
Based on advance management, we could achieve quality control through advance control, in process control and afterwards control.
Advance control: We implement strict supplier management, raw material inspection and reject unqualified raw materials.
In process control: Depending on ERP system, we control each production section. At the same time, the quality of products in each stage can be controlled online, and defects can be found in time
Afterwards control: Before delivery, we will make inspection for the production in the factory. Also according to the feedback from customer, we could find out the potential quality risks and improve the quality
